Baby Shower Card featuring Lawn Fawn

For my friend's baby shower, I knew exactly the stamps I wanted to use for her card! Lawn Fawn always provides cute cartoon-like stamp sets that coordinate together, which make them even more fun to play with and piece together a scene for a card.

I chose to use Lawn Fawn's "Little Bundle", "Loads of Fun", and "Baked with Love". Now, you may be asking why use "Baked with Love" for a baby card. Well, there was one small stamp that could double as something other than it was meant to be for my scene! That's the beauty of these stamps :)

Now, not only does this card use Lawn Fawn stamps, but it also features dies and paper from Lawn Fawn! Since the baby is a boy I wanted to go with a light blue theme, so I chose "Perfectly Plaid: Winter". For the dies, I used a few different ones, but mainly I used Lawn Fawn's "Reveal Wheel" die and modified it to work for my scene hence making an opening in the washing machine rather than an opening for a statement or "reveal wheel".

In these pictures, you can see the washing machine in "action" by the way that one pic differs from the other because the wheel has been "turned" to show the clothes in a different direction.

Lastly, I used the pile of "sugar/flour" from Baked with Love to represent a pile of "detergent" that has fallen to the ground from the tipped over suds box ;) It's all in the little details! Overall, this was a fun card to make and fortunately worked the first time I made it. I hope my friend likes it as much as I do!

Thanks for stopping by! Happy crafting :)
