All sales of handmade cards are final. Because these are handcrafted paper products, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that I cannot issue refunds for items lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

 

For virtual classes, events, and digital downloads, all sales are final. Since access to these products is delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds cannot be issued.
