We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return policy on unopened, unused products from www.stellarcraftsbypam.com. We will extend a refund once you return the product to us. (Sorry, we cannot offer a shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise.) The 30 days begins at the day of purchase. Please contact us if you would like to return merchandise.

 

Although we don’t anticipate this, if you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately and we will replace your item at no cost to you.

 

For virtual classes and events, as well as digital downloads, there are no refunds. Since you have already gained access to the product, there are no refunds.
