Wrapping Up My August Guest Design Team Month with This Calls for Confetti

As August comes to an end, I’m looking back at some of the Halloween cards I shared throughout the month as a Guest Design Team Member for This Calls for Confetti!

This month’s projects were filled with everything I love about Halloween crafting—bold colors, spooky spiderwebs, playful pumpkins, interactive shaker elements, and lots of fabulous confetti.

I created a dark and dramatic spiderweb card using vibrant pinks and purples, complete with black spiders and a simple “Happy Halloween” sentiment. Another project featured a large orange pumpkin, a bold “BOO” focal point, and a crisp black-and-white spiderweb background.

One of my favorite projects from the month was the purple pumpkin-shaped shaker card. Filled with colorful Halloween confetti and finished with a friendly ghost and the playful sentiment “Shake Your Boo-ty,” it brought together bright colors, movement, and plenty of Halloween fun!
