When I get a SSS card kit, as long as it stays on my craft desk, I will continue to make cards from it. I definitely planned to get a lot more card making done this past week, but that didn't really happen. I didn't even make the next 2 cards until Sunday night! Anyway, I was inspired by MFT's Sketch Challenge #283, so I pulled out my Simon Says Stamp June 2016 card kit again to use the supplies to make a card. I've used this kit a few times now, and it really is a fun kit with all the mixed media elements incorporated into the patterned papers. The colors are also very summery

For this week's MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge 278, I decided to pull a fairly new stamp set that I had yet to use, which is Altenew's Ori Kami stamp set. In my previous post, I talked about how "creativity never sleeps" and how my first attempt on a card went sour, and a new idea didn't spark until 2am.
